• Profile details: Name, pronouns, preferred partner traits, and optional custom notes you choose to share inside the app are stored locally in your device.
• Chat content: Messages stored locally to maintain conversation history and emotional state while you use Palio.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics to understand feature usage and improve app stability.
• Purchase records: Subscription receipts provided by Apple to confirm active Palio Premium access.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver personalized AI chat responses and emotional state tracking.
• Remember your preferences, partner selection, and subscription status.
• Monitor performance, fix bugs, and keep the community safe.

4. Sharing & Storage

• We do not sell personal data.
• Chat history is stored locally on your device; deleting the app or resetting your partner removes it from our systems.
• Aggregated analytics may be processed by privacy-compliant providers (for example, Apple’s services).

5. AI Content

Palio uses AI to generate responses based on your in-app activity. The AI is instructed to refuse unsafe or explicit content, yet mistakes can happen. If you see something that violates our guidelines, stop the conversation and report the issue through App Store support.

6. Your Choices

• Reset your partner to clear saved preferences and messages.
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored chat history.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via App Store settings.

7. Children

Palio is strictly for users aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Palio grows. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the new terms.
