Food Photos: When you snap a photo of your meal, it's sent to our AI service to identify the food and calculate nutrition information. After analysis, the photo is not stored on our servers.

Basic Usage Data: We collect anonymous app usage information (like which features are used) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

What We DON'T Collect

• No account creation required - no email, password, or personal information
• No location tracking
• No contact list access
• We don't store your food photos after AI analysis
• Your nutrition data and progress stay on your device only

How It Works

When you take a photo:

• The image is sent to our AI service for food recognition
• The AI analyzes it and returns nutrition data (calories, protein, carbs, fat)
• This data is saved locally on your device
• The photo is deleted from our servers after processing

Your Data Stays With You

All your nutrition tracking, goals, streaks, and meal history are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, all this data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted AI services to analyze your food photos. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements and do not use your images for any purpose other than providing nutrition analysis.

Children's Privacy

AI Calorie is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We'll notify you of any significant changes through the app.
