Ilk Akis is a projection and sound design work presented at Kayasehir within Cappadocia Biennial 2026. The piece responds to the carved texture, subterranean atmosphere and slow geological memory of the site through projected image flow and spatial sound.
Cappadocia Biennial 2026 takes place from May 7 to September 3, 2026 across Goreme, Urgup, Avanos, Uchisar, Ortahisar, Mustafapasa and Kayasehir. Organized by Sinemasal, the biennial positions art in direct conversation with Cappadocia's layered landscape, built heritage and social memory.
